MEET THE LEADERSHIP


VICTOR FOX

PRESIDENT
Born and raised in Southern California I was always outside working on some sort of project with my dad. I could tell from the get-go that my joy was working with my hands building things. I Started working for Wirtz Quality Installations in the field over 20 years ago, learning the craft and perfecting techniques. While learning the trade and trying to raise a family I slowly worked my way into the office. Working on plans, jobsite take offs, bids, and project managing I tried to learn as much as I could. Now president of the company my goal is to make our customer’s vision a reality through our quality installations and prompt reliable customer service.

JOHN WIRTZ

“GODFATHER” OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT”
John D. Wirtz has walked in many steel-toed boots, wore many hats, and played many roles. Today, Wirtz Quality Installations is a proud and flourishing company. The reason behind this is due to the strong people that started it and the devoted people that work for it. This is a company that has and will always believe in hard work, dedication, loyalty, and above all, a lot of laughs.

STEVE MCMURPHY

Field Supervisor

Steve’s been on the job since August 2, 1982. He spends his time making sure that all is going well and that no detail is overlooked. 

FRANK ECHOLS

Senior Estimator

Frank Echols – as a senior estimator, I am responsible for the bulk of our commercial estimates, as well as reviewing the commercial estimates done by my co-workers. In January of 1989, I was brought on board as a part of the Wirtz team, and they have not been able to get rid of me since.

BERNADETTE REYES

Office Manager

I joined the Wirtz family in 2002. I am the liaison for our employees and clients when it comes to insurance, safety and benefits.  I have several hats that I wear in the company and it is my job to make them look good. 

BONNIE FERNANDEZ

Project Manager

I joined the wonderful world of Wirtz in 2017 after a career in Interior Design. As Project Manager of commercial projects, I strive daily to set our jobs up for success, ensuring our Foremen and field crews have the information and materials they need to meet and exceed client expectations. I also focus on building and maintaining long-term successful relationships with our General Contractors. My goal is that all involved are happy with not only the final results of an installation, but what it took to get there. In the world of tile and construction, timelines, materials, and information change daily and I take pride in staying organized throughout the entire process.  

RYAN WILSON

Bookkeeper / Certified Payroll Specialist

I was lucky to join the Wirtz family in 2012.  Locally born and raised in San Diego, California, I bring over 25 years of Construction Bookkeeping and Payroll.  It is my pleasure to help any of our clients and my coworkers with questions or problems that they might have in our small family business environment.

JULIE EASTWOOD

Slab Operations Manager

Born and raised in San Diego, I’ve been in the construction business since the late ‘80’s, designing kitchens and bathrooms.  Becoming part of the Wirtz team in 2008 has allowed me to do what I love; design and help people get what they want.
